ProActive is committed to delivering to each training student the highest possible quality outcomes from every course we deliver.

Essential to achieving this objective is the planning and preparation that goes into every course.

Therefore late reschedules or cancellations can have a detrimental effect on the planning and outcomes and therefore it is necessary to impose a fee in such cases:
  1. Cancellations or reschedules received less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to course commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total course fee.


  2. Cancellations or reschedules received less than 7 days prior to the course commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee.

  4. Course bookings received less than 14 days before course commencement must be accompanied by a credit card number or purchase order for the booking to be accepted.
Substitute students can be provided at anytime prior to the commencement of the course without a fee being incurred.
  1. Students who fail to attend a course without providing any advance notification will incur the full cost of the course despite non-attendance.


  2. Reschedules received more than 14 days prior to the course commencement will not incur a re-schedule fee.


  3. Students can reschedule a course once, subject to adequate notice as per the above. Further reschedules are not possible.
